David Tudor-Morgan

David joined REM from Annington Homes, a Terra Firma-owned business, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He led teams across asset management, development and operations, culminating in the £6 billion sale of the Married Quarters Estate, the largest single residential transaction in UK market history. Previously, he spent 13 years at British Land, where he was Director of Operations.

At REM, David oversees operations across The Shard, The News Building, Shard Place, Park House and 48 Pall Mall, ensuring consistently high standards of service and operational performance.

David has extensive experience leading diverse teams and creating collaborative, inclusive working environments. He champions a One Team culture built on trust, accountability and excellence, combining strategic and operational expertise to deliver strong outcomes for clients, occupiers and stakeholders.
