Development Mobilisation

We deliver fully functioning and documented assets ready for leasing.

Careful planning and implementation at the mobilisation stage are critical to the long-term operation of a complex building.

Having launched The Shard, Park House and 48 Pall Mall, the REM team has substantial experience in commissioning complex systems in tall and mixed-use buildings.

We take care of staffing, from setting up management offices to establishing and training on-site personnel and service charge budgeting

Our buildings are ready for move-in day, with utilities, IT infrastructure and health and safety and security procedures – all thoroughly documented and communicated.

Fit-outs & Move-ins

Over the last three years, REM has overseen more than 40 fit-outs, totalling over 1 million sq ft of space across our managed assets.

Each of our fit-outs and move-ins involves meticulous planning, facilitation and control to keep assets safe and occupiers happy.

This prevents occupiers from impacting each other’s operations and ensures the integrity of the building’s architecture, security and fire safety.

Ongoing Management & Operations

Based in central London, our team members are available to assist asset owners and on-site teams.

We regularly visit assets to maintain the high service standards we set during mobilisation and move-in. This enables us to maintain and grow the asset value.

Our team proactively engages with occupiers to deliver the best customer service, from resolving account queries to ensuring business continuity.

REM oversees all occupier billing, including rent, service charges, insurance and utilities. We keep you updated on building financials through regular reports.
