In addition we work with some of the world's leading real estate agents to secure reliable tenants and ensure low void periods.

Commercial Leasing

REM’s Asset Management Team is responsible for devising and implementing the asset plan for Park House, maximising the value of the property, mitigating risks to ensure a consistent revenue flow, and finding the best tenants. With a prime position on Europe’s most popular shopping street, they attract the right occupiers, ensuring the prestige of the building is maintained.
