Jacqueline Millar

Jacqueline Millar joins REM as Head of Property Management, bringing more than 20 years of experience across property management, strategic asset management and client relationship leadership. Throughout her career, she has managed major portfolios and high-profile assets, building a strong track record in driving operational excellence, enhancing asset performance and delivering innovative solutions for investors and clients.

Prior to joining REM, Jacqueline held a number of senior leadership roles at CBRE, most recently as Head of Central London Property Management, where she led teams across mixed-use estates and landmark assets, overseeing business planning, financial performance and business development initiatives. She also served as Business Performance Lead Director, focusing on operational optimisation and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier in her career, Jacqueline held senior positions with Workman LLP and LaSalle Investment Management, managing diverse retail, office and industrial portfolios.

An MRICS-qualified surveyor with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management, Jacqueline brings extensive experience in property management, operational performance and asset optimisation. She has a strong passion for innovation and sustainability, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic thinking to enhance asset value, improve operational outcomes and support long-term portfolio performance.
