Matt has over 12 years’ experience in the London residential real estate market, spanning residential sales, acquisitions, and lettings, with specialist expertise in the private rented sector.

He has held senior leadership roles within London’s prime residential market, overseeing high-performing sales and lettings teams during periods of significant business growth and expansion. Throughout his career, Matt has developed strong end-to-end expertise across the residential lettings landscape, from operational leadership and business integration through to strategic advisory work helping private clients maximise returns on their property investments.

Matt has also worked with some of London’s leading estate agencies, building extensive experience across Prime Central London and the wider residential market.
He has been an accredited member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA Propertymark) for over 10 years.
