First impressions count. A positive fit-out and move-in experience sets the tone for the future relationship between landlord and occupier.

In the last three years, REM has overseen over 40 fit-outs, totalling over a million sq ft. During these, we have given occupiers proactive support to ensure cooperation and community from day one.

Assets Under Management

REM manages an investment portfolio comprising 1.9 million sq ft of premium lettable space in multi-use assets. This includes Western Europe’s tallest building - The Shard, The News Building and Shard Place at Shard Quarter, Park House in North Mayfair and 48 Pall Mall in St James’s.
