CPR Training Sessions Support Occupier Wellbeing at The Shard and Park House

The Shard and Park House hosted CPR training sessions for their office occupiers, helping participants develop the confidence and practical skills needed to respond in a cardiac emergency.

The sessions focused on how to restart a heart and highlighted the importance of acting quickly and effectively if someone suffers a cardiac arrest.

Providing this training supports occupier wellbeing and helps create a safer working environment across both buildings. By equipping occupiers with life‑saving knowledge, the sessions empower individuals to act confidently in an emergency, potentially making a critical difference while emergency services are on their way. The initiative also reflects a shared commitment to health, safety and community responsibility within The Shard and Park House.
